2. Delivery Area

Orders are delivered within Poland and to those countries for which the Store offers delivery options during the checkout process.

The availability of a specific delivery method depends on the delivery address, weight, dimensions, and nature of the Goods. If no delivery method is displayed for a particular address or Goods, the Customer may contact the Seller before placing an order to check whether delivery can be arranged.

3. Delivery Methods

Depending on the order, the following delivery methods may be available:

  • courier delivery;

  • pallet delivery;

  • non-standard or specialist transport;

  • personal collection.

The delivery options currently available are displayed during the checkout process. Bulky, heavy, fragile, or non-standard Goods may require pallet delivery or individual transport arrangements.

4. Delivery Costs

The delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method, delivery location, and characteristics of the Goods. The applicable cost is displayed in the shopping cart or during the purchasing process before the order is placed.

If the delivery cost for non-standard Goods cannot be calculated automatically, the Seller will provide the Customer with the applicable cost and estimated transport conditions before accepting the order for processing. The Customer will not be charged any delivery cost that they have not previously accepted.

5. Order Processing and Delivery Time

The standard order processing time before dispatch is 1–2 Business Days from confirmation that the order has been accepted and successful payment has been received, unless the selected payment method or the product offer provides otherwise.

Order processing time is separate from transit time. The delivery period depends on the carrier, delivery location, and type of shipment. If the Store or product offer specifies an estimated delivery time, this time is indicative unless a guaranteed delivery date is expressly stated.

For pallet shipments, bulky or non-standard Goods, or Goods requiring specialist packaging or protection, processing may take longer. In such cases, the estimated delivery time will be stated in the product offer, during the ordering process, or communicated to the Customer before the order is accepted.

The Seller will promptly inform the Customer of any known delay or inability to fulfil the order. The rights of Consumers arising from failure to meet an agreed delivery deadline are governed by applicable law.

6. Personal Collection

Personal collection is available if this option is displayed during the ordering process. Any applicable fee will be stated before the order is placed.

Personal collection is available at:

Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki
Wał Miedzeszyński 41B
04-987 Warsaw

Collection is available on Business Days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., only after the Customer has received confirmation that the order is ready for collection.

Placing an order does not mean that the Goods are immediately ready for collection.

7. Receipt of Goods and Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery, Customers are advised to check the external condition of the packaging and, where possible, the condition of the Goods.

If there is visible damage, we recommend:

  • noting the damage with the carrier and, where possible, preparing a damage report;

  • taking photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and Goods;

  • contacting the Seller without undue delay and providing the order number.

The absence of a damage report does not deprive a Consumer or a Consumer-equivalent Entrepreneur of their rights under applicable law. However, such documentation may make it easier to establish the circumstances of the incident.

8. Transfer of Risk

In the case of a Consumer or an Entrepreneur exercising consumer rights, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer when the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.

If the Customer independently selected a carrier that was not offered by the Seller, the rules provided for under applicable law shall apply.

In the case of other Entrepreneurs, the risk passes to the Customer when the Goods are handed over to the carrier.

9. Incorrect Address or Failure to Accept Delivery

The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and the contact details necessary for delivery.

If a shipment is returned for reasons attributable to the Customer, the Seller will contact the Customer to determine the appropriate next steps. Any re-dispatch and associated costs must be agreed upon, while respecting the rights of Consumers.

10. Returns and Complaints

The rules governing withdrawal from the contract, returns, and complaints are set out in the Returns and Complaints Policy and the Store Terms and Conditions.

In the case of a complaint concerning the Goods’ non-conformity with the contract, the Seller shall bear the costs of collecting and transporting the Goods to the extent required by applicable law.
