§1 General Provisions
- This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using cookies and similar technologies, which are used to provide the services offered electronically by the autolandparts.eu online shop, operated by Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki, ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 41B, 04-987 Warsaw, NIP: 9521395796.
- The legal basis for this Policy is: Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
§2 Definitions
- Cookies – small text files saved and stored on the User’s end device (computer, mobile phone) through which the User accesses the Shop.
- Controller – Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki, details as in §1(1).
- User – any person visiting the Shop.
§3 Purposes of using cookies
Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- To ensure the proper functioning of the Shop, including maintaining the User’s session after logging in, managing the shopping basket and facilitating the ordering process (essential cookies).

§5 Managing consent to cookies
- On their first visit to the Shop, the User is shown a banner (CMP – Consent Management Platform) enabling them to give consent to specific categories of cookies (apart from essential cookies, which do not require consent).

Such transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or a decision on an adequate level of protection). §8 Final provisions
- The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Cookie Policy, in particular in connection with changes to the tools used or to legislation.
- The current version of the Cookie Policy is always available at autolandparts.eu/policies/cookies.
- In matters not covered by this Policy, the provisions of the Telecommunications Law, the GDPR and the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
