§1 General Provisions

This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using cookies and similar technologies, which are used to provide the services offered electronically by the autolandparts.eu online shop, operated by Autoland Grzegorz Broniecki, ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 41B, 04-987 Warsaw, NIP: 9521395796.
  2. The legal basis for this Policy is: Article 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

§2 Definitions

§8 Final provisions

  3. In matters not covered by this Policy, the provisions of the Telecommunications Law, the GDPR and the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
